The online learning methods used throughout the Global MBA Online course are eminently practical, based on teamwork and the case method – the same methods used in our face-to-face programs
It is possible to see and hear your professor and classmates, participate in class from home, from the office or even while traveling away from home thanks to the videoconference sessions which form one of the pillars of the Global MBA Online experience.
These classes, which are obligatory, take place Saturday mornings from 11:00 and 13:00 Madrid time. Each class lasts 90 minutes and involves case discussions between classmates and technical lectures from professors.
During the program, case studies are analyzed through our Global MBA Online forum, and are highly flexible. Each forum is opened on Tuesday and remains open 24 hours a day until Friday allowing students to participate at their own convenience.
The number of interventions by participant on the forums is limited, in order to allow a more fluid discussion, and each intervention is graded as part of the participation grade. The forum debate is moderated by the professor who leads discussions, summarizes lessons learnt and makes sure that the maximum benefit is gained form each case studied.
Innovative teaching methods based on practical and interactive learning processes in order to give you the best tools to face the constant evolution and advances international management has to offer.
Not only will you benefit from your classmates' experience and knowledge through the discussions of the case studies but you will do so through your teamwork. Throughout the course you will be divided into groups according to your profiles and backgrounds and will then work on specific cases together.
Again, during the online training periods, geographic location will not be a barrier to effective teamwork. Our communication tools are specially selected to optimize interchange regardless of time and place.
Be it a study of a specific issues or a report on a case, carried out in groups or individually, each task will be discussed and together we will devise a solution.
